How To Apply For A Standard Divorce
- Complete the Divorce Application Form,
- Complete the User Agreement, and
- Make the pre-payment as advised
What’s Next
Once we have received your Divorce application form, user Agreement and prepayment we will email you the following
- An Application for divorce.
- A letter of advice, along with a list of documents to be provided by you (including your marriage certificate) and
- Instructions for swearing the application
It’s that easy. We’ll do the rest. Once your divorce has been granted, we’ll provide you with your original divorce order.
We’ve prepared this step-by-step procedure to guide you. If you follow it exactly, we
should have everything we need to commence preparing your divorce. Once you have
answered all of the questions, you will be provided with our fee estimate for proceeding.
